What does a yoga class for children consist of?
It is an adaptation of classic Yoga postures to the various physical, intellectual and emotional stages of children.
The class includes postures (âsanas), conscious breathing (pranayama), music, dance, games, images, group dynamics, relaxation, massages, mandalas, among others.
Ethical principles (yamas and niyamas) are transmitted, such as truth, non-violence, contentment, joy.
Meditation is introduced.

Em que consiste uma aula de yoga para crianças?
É uma adaptação de posturas do Yoga clássico às várias etapas físicas, intelectuais e emocionais das crianças.
A aula inclui posturas (âsanas), respiração consciente (pranayama), música, dança, jogos, imagens, dinâmicas de grupo, relaxamento, massagens, mandalas, entre outros.
São transmitidos os princípios éticos (yamas e niyamas) como a verdade, a não-violência, o contentamento, a alegria.
É introduzida a meditação.
